This house is great! However, there were a few personal dislikes (we still would stay here again). You cannot beat the location. Right across the street from the beach, 5 minute walk to the end of the bay pier, direct access to Bridge Street shops and restaurants and only a few minutes from Cortez Public Beach and Manatee Publix Beach. The pool and patio area was amazing. It was a nice place to cool off after a hot day at the beach. It was also nice to have a gated place outside to keep our beach items. Kitchen was stocked pretty good. Rental company was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and very friendly. My little complaints: One the bottom level, the master got all of the air. I don't think any air blew into the guest rooms. We had a box fan, a beside fan and the ceiling fan and didn't sleep with any covers. The upstairs, the guest rooms got the air and the master was hot. This is probably the biggest thing that we had a complaint about. The guest room closets had some storage in them from the company, so there wasn't as much room for our things. The shared bathroom's mirrors were not mounted for 5ft or shorter people, and the only full length mirror was in the master bath. We had issues with the washer in one unit and the dryer in the other, but the company offered laundry service and were quick to bring us fresh towels. Overall the stay was great, and we would stay again!

Perfect location! Our family of 12 had an amazing time. The rooftop deck was an outstanding touch! Perfect views of both the channel and the beach. Easy walk to gulf and full entertainment at Bridgestreet. My grandsons walked to fish at the pier. The pool was perfect. Great and shaded for a good part of the afternoon. Excellent communication with property managers!

This was the perfect house for our group of 12! Plenty of room and the location was prime! Loved the pool and the outdoor area. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for multiple families traveling together! The location is superb for beach, Bridge Street dining and shopping. The pool and patio area was private and a great place for after beach swimming and relaxing. The units were clean and Once Upon a Beach was exceptional to work with from start to finish. Will work with them again for sure! The only minor thing is that the property could really use some hooks in the bathrooms and by the door for towels, swim suits etc! Until next year AMI!
