Very convenient and accessible ang location from airport, malls, convenience stores, restaurants. Very responsive ang owner nang unit and the coast residence property management also. Clean, smells good, complete and kitchen appliances and kitchenwares, malakas ang water pressure, strong internet connection. You can enjoy watching netflix or youtube kasi malakas ang internet.

The owner of the apt was very accommodating. The amenities in the apartment were great and we had a very enjoyable stay at this residence. Would highly recommend staying here.
