Good location, breakfast and service.
No major concerns

Spa and sauna facilities were good, nice breakfast and close to walk to old town.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Also room heating was too warm even when turned to lowest setting.

Location is very close to the Central Bus station and several large shopping malls. Also within 15-20 minutes walk to the Old Town.

It seems that hotel is reconstructed from old students dormitory. But it was done quite ok. As far as this location in Tartu is very noisy, they made a very good sound isolation between the rooms as well. But location is good for travelling - 50 meters literally till bus station.
There is no coffee-machine in the room, so staff was very helpful to make hot water.
Breakfast was usual and it was ok.
You can't open the windows because of motocycles roaring (what municipality is doing with them?), but AC is working strongly.
Pillows are very tough and high.
