Our second time staying here. This time with our 3 teenagers. My teenagers liked their room so much they did not want to leave and enjoyed the room service. The peace is incredible and the restaurant is amazing. 10/10 service.

La verdad, muy interesante propuesta de lugar y de gastronomía, siempre uno busca un espacio tranquilo y mira a otros territorios del eje cafetero, este lugar tiene muchas condiciones que compiten con hoteles de la zona con calidad y buen servicio, buen lugar, cómodo, agradable y cerca de Manizales.
Mejorar la comunicación entre recepción y el SPA... la verdad nos faltó más diligencia entre ellos para acceder a los servicios.

The Hotel is renewed and well maintained. Sunset from the glamping is very nice but you can’t see it from the main house.
There was a party (weeding) on the day we were staying there. We wanted to rest as soon as we got to the hotel and it was impossible with the music. We were unaware of that event, they should have told us, so we could book another option of hotel. Also the road to get there is very steep and difficult with a smaller car or if you’re afraid of nights. Our car was very small and we couldn’t go up and down easily.
