Pros:
* Excellent location in Downtown El Gouna, near The Grill.
* Very clean, fully equipped, and comfortable.
* The kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally well equipped, including towels, toiletries, hairdryer and iron.
* Everything we needed was provided, including water, Nescafé and other thoughtful essentials.
* Two TVs and good Wi-Fi.
* Excellent air conditioning.
* Very easy check-in and check-out.
* The owner and property manager were extremely kind, helpful and responsive.
* Excellent value for money actually better than expected.
* Overall, a beautiful, comfortable and very well-maintained apartment.
Minor Improvements:
* The entrance/common area of the building needs better cleaning, mainly due to the nearby restaurant kitchen; this is outside the owner’s control.
* A latch/bolt on the main door would provide extra security.
* It would be better to add a curtain/blind to the open kitchen window.
* The shower head could be improved, as the water flow is not distributed evenly.
* No microwave is available.
