Excellent location in the centre of Stamford town, but without any noise or traffic that you might expect, so very quiet generally. Apartment is spacious and comfortable, and really clean and modern decor.
Team at Apex were very quick to respond to queries pre our stay, no reason to contact during stay as everything was more than acceptable.
Tv in bedrooms would have made the apartment more like home from home.

Awkward entrance at front. Steep and dirty stairs. No safe, no balcony.

The apartment was in a fantastic location in terms of accessing shops and restaurants etc. It was clean, spacious and the beds were large and very comfortable. It was really useful to have a parking space.
Communication from the host was prompt, useful and friendly and we were really pleased to have early access and, even better, late checkout as this allowed us to visit the Friday market before leaving for Burleigh House on our way home.
It would be useful to have a key box at the back also, if parking there.
While we couldn’t find fault with the apartment and its location, the outside areas could have been a little cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing, although on departure there was some work going on to tidy up the back area. The banisters on the front stairs needed to be dusted and the lovely little outdoor area upstairs is crying out for a colourful plant / hanging basket. I am overly fussy, however, so these things might not even be noticed by most!
