Great location for marina, good view. Easy to access

The room was nicely decorated and bed very comfortable. It was clean everywhere. Breakfast was nice, good choice but perhaps some fruit would have been nice. Looked right onto the Marina although our room was at the back of the property but didn't really matter.
The pipework was extremely noisy so we could hear what was being flushed elsewhere going down through the pipes in our room and sounded really loud to the point it woke us up in the night. Was a real shame.
Bathroom was incredibly small but clean.

Location and staff.
Very basically appointed. Carpet in communal areas was filthy. Property did not live up to its ‘luxury’ description.
