We loved everything. The hotel is amazing, and the facilities are great. The pools are heated; there is an outdoor hot pool—we used it while it was raining, and it was a wonderful experience. The bowling alley adds a fun attraction for the kids. The food is good, and the music in the lobby and spa creates a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The food quality is high, and there is a good selection. A great hotel. The price is reasonable. We stayed in an apartment with a bedroom and a balcony. Highly recommended. We loved the hotel and would happily return.
We were on a half-board basis, yet drinks at dinner—including water—came at an extra cost. We didn't like having to pay for water, even though we had already paid for the meal and booked half-board.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was good with a nice variety of options to choose from.
The swimming pools were noticeably colder and less clean on Sunday compared to Saturday, which was disappointing.
