Every member of staff was friendly and helpful whatever their role.
The manager Lauren and restaurant staff Liz were particularly helpful in giving advice and sharing knowledge of the area. The bar area was pleasant and the food was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds really comfortable. The location was lovely overlooking the lake and a prefect base for exploring the surrounding areas. We would love to return for longer.

Amazing location with unreal views of lake Windermere, comfy clean rooms, great food and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing! Dog friendly to top it all off.

We stayed in room 11, its the one pictured in the promo photo and has a balcony, it was fantastic for comfort and lake views

Great breakfast and a good location.
Dirty carpets throughout and a ridiculous layout so there were many steps of stairs and corridors to navigate to get to our room. Disinterested and non welcoming staff
