We loved our stay here in early July. It was our first time at this property, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the cleanliness, spaciousness and location. Covered parking below the unit was awesome. We parked two vehicles, but there was room for another. The main floor with kitchen/living room was where we spent most of our time. We were blown away by how well-stocked the kitchen was with utensils, cooking ware, glassware and the like. The top-line Keurig machine and complementary coffee pods were a nice touch. We didn't want for anything. We slept great in the three bedrooms, each with quiet ceiling fans and ice-cold AC. One of the best things was the unit's proximity to the beach and the Folly business district. It was just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, much of it through some nice shady public pathways. We rented two chairs and an umbrella for the week from Sun & Ski Beach Rentals located at the beach access area, eliminating our need to lug a lot of stuff to the beach every day. All we had to do was walk out there, find our setup and relax. In the evenings, we walked 10 minutes to the "Folly strip" for drinks, meals and ice cream. Great vacation overall. Highly recommended!

The Vrbo was exceptionally clean! The pictures portrayed the place very accurately. It was a great location, just a few blocks to the beach and town. The host was extremely responsive. We had an issue one evening with the air conditioning and it was fixed within a couple hours. Would recommend!

Wonderful Folly Beach Stay!We had an amazing weekend here — spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach! The pet-friendly policy made it an easy choice for us, and our dogs loved it too. We appreciated the garage that fit 3 cars, plenty of trash cans, and two screened porches that were perfect for relaxing. Great communication from the host and an overall fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back!

The condo was clean, but little rough. Poor drainage in tubs, broken toilet in master bathroom. Ice maker did not work and no directions on how to work tvs. Assumed it had been a long summer rental season and hope things will be repaired and upgraded.
