Une belle propriété perchée sur une colline, offrant des vues panoramiques sur la mer et les collines. La villa dispose d'une grande piscine chauffée avec vue sur la mer et les collines. Le transfert depuis l'aéroport de Faro prend seulement 25 minutes (25 km à l'est).
Depuis 2016, une pompe à chaleur réchauffe la piscine en hiver (de septembre à mars). Pendant les autres mois, des panneaux solaires chauffent l'eau sans coût supplémentaire. Si demandé, l'utilisation de la pompe à chaleur coûte 200 euros par semaine.
La villa comprend 9 chambres et des lits supplémentaires, avec 8 salles de bains (5 en suite). Huit chambres sont climatisées, avec Wi-Fi, télévision par satellite et un vidéoprojecteur Full HD avec un écran de 200" et plus de 1000 films disponibles. Construite avec des normes élevées, la maison est privée avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger et un salon menant à des espaces extérieurs avec une piscine d'eau salée, des transats, des terrasses et 1000m2 de jardins.
Pour le divertissement des enfants : TV, Wi-Fi, Wii, PS3, tennis de table et autres jeux. La salle de jeux dispose d'une table de billard de taille normale, tennis de table, baby-foot, PC de bureau et une salle de TV avec une télévision LED de 47".
La piscine mesure 14x6 mètres avec un système de chauffage solaire. La villa peut fonctionner avec 5, 7, 8 ou 9 chambres, selon la disponibilité.
Peut accueillir de 4 à 19 invités. Caractéristiques supplémentaires incluent un jacuzzi pour 6 personnes, proximité du Cerro São Miguel avec des vues imprenables et un accès facile aux sentiers naturels et aux plages. La propriété est gérée par la famille Henrique, Teresa et leur fille Carolina, qui offrent un service personnalisé et des connaissances locales pour garantir une expérience de vacances fantastique.

Our stay at the villa for a very special occasion, our wedding combined with a family vacation, was truly unforgettable. We had guests coming from Korea and Canada, so we needed plenty of rooms and space for a family dinner, and the villa exceeded all expectations.Henrique was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. Communication with him and the family was seamless, which made everything feel easy and stress free. It was also very convenient that they have their own Colibri restaurant, making it simple to organize meals, and the food was absolutely wonderful.The villa itself was immaculate, well organized, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home.There was something for everyone to enjoy. The basement offered great entertainment options like toys for children, ping pong, and a mini football table. Outside, the space was perfect for relaxing, and the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights.What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of Henrique and his family. They were attentive, thoughtful, and made our special occasion even more memorable.We cannot wait to return, especially in the summer, to enjoy the outdoor spaces again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We had a lovely weeks stay at the villa. It is very large, with various seating areas for dining inside or out. The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, glasses etc. The pool area is large with plenty of sun beds. The villa is very well situated to visit the whole of the Algarvian coast. Henrique replied very quickly to any questions.

The villa is pretty much as described. My family really enjoyed the stay. The villa itself has a great sized swimming pool plus a Hot tub both of which got a lot of use. One small minus was that whilst all the bedrooms were air conditioned the family and games room were not. Not a big problem as there are plenty of doors and windows which can be opened and fans available if additional cooling required. The property is large and very good for a family of all ages. The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms making life simple. Every appliance you need is there extending to a tapped barrel of beer if specifically ordered! The family run villa is set a few KMs outside Moncarapacho which is a small town that isn’t touristy but more local Portuguese. The same local feel applies to the beaches which are a short drive away. The beaches are equally pleasant long and sandy with the requisite beach bar. English is spoken but the majority of people are Portuguese. A plus in my book!Any minor problem at the villa was instantly addressed. The family run restaurant in Moncarapacho is well worth a visit or two. Just like the villa family run with friendly service. All in all a nice place run by nice people

This Villa is a good size space and there was ample room for the 15 of us.
The Villa is tired , handles are broken , shower screens missing ,Fridges and the coffee broken and the Cooker was more than quirky to use. In the basement there is a bathroom with no light bulb
I expect this house sees quite a lot of partying over a year.
At the price we paid we would have hoped the owner should plough some of the rent back into this house really ,to keep it tip top.
Sadly the showers and bathrooms need more attention paid to the level of cleanliness, the plug holes where clogged and drains blocked to more than one of the bathrooms.
On arrival there was sadly only 3 loo rolls to cover the 5 bathrooms.
We loved the games room, some new investment in table tennis balls would be good.
Having said all that , the pool is wonderfully and the gardens really great.
The area and the Portuguese fabulous. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
