Great location to get into Chester city centre. Bed was comfy, en-suite was clean and lovely to provide shower products. Great onsite parking. Receptionist was lovely.
Very noisy from the pub below but we were expecting that from reading other reviews. Television was a bit temperamental.

The staff were very nice. Tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice treat.
The room was very dated and could have benefitted with a refurb.
