Great location, walkable to the Vatican and the rest of Rome. We loved the place had 2 a/c's and a portable fan as we needed them in August. The washing machine was amazing and happy to have a private kitchen.
Dish towel for the kitchen would have been nice.

Excellent location and size of the rooms. property was full of character
Property was not prepared for the right number of guests on arrival. Bathroom drainage issues with foul water spilling out of the shower tray and making us unable to use the shower, sink and bidet for two out of our three days of stay.
In the hosts defence, the issues surfaced during the Easter weekend so although they tried to rectify them they were unable to do so and offered a partial refund as good will gesture/compensation.
