Proximity to my office, clean, affordable
The inside is brilliant but the garden outside leading to the door needs to be maintained and trimmed regularly. It gives some of us Hay fever

Pretty good location close to Etihad and Co-op live if you go for matches or gigs.
There were almost no kitchen appliances set up, only 2 cups available. The comforter cover had stains.

Location, Clean, smart tv in the room

The self check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Although the living room and kitchen are shared spaces, the room had its own private shower and toilet, which I really appreciated. That made the stay much more comfortable for me, especially as I prefer not to share bathroom facilities when travelling. For a short stay, it was practical and comfortable enough.
The main downside was the price. It felt quite expensive for what was offered, as there was nothing particularly distinctive or premium about the accommodation to justify the rate. For a short stay it was perfectly adequate, but I would have expected a little more for the price.
