Great location by the sea with a beautiful view. Clean, cozy studio with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Very clean and nicely appointed decor.
The structure of the building needs care (noticed evidence of ceiling leaks).
There was a persistent smell of cleaning solution that was not pleasant.
Finally, it was COLD. The main room of the apartment had a ceiling heating/cooling unit that only warmed a small section of it. No heating unit in the mamad/bedroom which made for difficult sleeping.
