Dormy Inn Premium Ginza - Natural Hot Spring

I can honestly say it is one of the best hotel we've stayed in Tokyo and we've been to a few for the past couple of years. Location wise, it's close to Higashi-Ginza station that links from Haneda airport to Asakusa. Walking distance to Ginza main shopping hub and also Tsukiji Fish market for your morning snacks and stroll. We stayed in the tatami floor room level 12 premium floor, 4 beds with balcony and private spa. With this floor, you're given extra freebies like HagenDazz Ice cream, beers, juice and snacks every day. They even provides you with extra welcome snacks and jelly in your room. There's also public onsen and sauna on the basement for all guest to enjoy. With free laundry, probiotic drinks, popsicles and lots of comic in the reading area. Moreover, the hotel provides free ramen every night! Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel! Room is big, lots of free extras and amenities, clean and staff are kind and helpful. Will stay here again when we come to Tokyo next.

The location was fair; it was close to a station but still a reasonable walk with kids to the heart of Ginza. The room was large and on the premium floor the patio and ability to have fresh air was nice

The beds were not overly comfortable but worse than that was we had one very thin pillow each. I asked for additional pillows daily but was always told none were available. We were on the level 12 premium floor. The room itself was spacious and clean. It may sound trivial but pillows should be a basic necessity for any level of hotel and it did impact our sleep and stay. We stayed 4 nights and during our trip to Japan in other hotels slept on traditional Japanese futon which was much more comfortable than the bed and bedding in this hotel
