Excellent Property Management, Great Location, but Needs Some TLCWe had a group of 6 stay here and found the home to be very comfortable and in a fantastic, walkable area. The absolute highlight of our stay was the screened-in porch—we absolutely loved spending time out there! What truly set this stay apart was the property management team. Their communication was wonderful. When we called to report that the oven wasn't working, they immediately brought over a countertop oven for us to use. That top-notch service was greatly appreciated!However, the property itself needs a bit of attention. Here are a few areas where the home could be improved for future guests:Kitchen Appliances: The oven was completely non-functional and one of the stove burners didn't work.Main Bathroom: The lighting in this bathroom was very dark, and the shower curtain had mildew on it.Linens: With 6 guests, being provided only one hand towel per bathroom felt a bit sparse.Bedrooms: The blinds either didn't fit or were broken and need to be replaced. Adding room-darkening curtains would be a wonderful upgrade for guests who prefer a darker sleeping environment.Overall, the management team is fantastic and the location can't be beat! We would gladly stay here again!

We stayed in this Vrbo for 5 nights. It was clean and had plenty of seating. The back screened in porch is small and the patio is very small and not as big as the pictures make it look. It only has a half bath downstairs and is not convenient for older people. The walk-in shower and bath tub with shower are both on the second floor. So anyone on the first floor and in the loft have to use those showers. It is a nice stay for younger people. I do not recommend it for older people. It is located on a quiet street and is fairly close to all the attractions.

Great location, really nice house. Very comfortable for all of us!

No issues with the property plenty of space and many newer features. However, finishing touches still remained like the old microwave on the screened porch and the painters sheathing still on the windows. Overall, nice property and would stay again.
