Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed in a cabin right on the river. It was clean and comfortable, but the bedrooms are tight. We enjoyed the covered deck and view of the river. We visited Crested Butte and Gunnison during our stay as well as drove around site seeing. We saw mule deer, foxes, chipmunks and of course the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing at night and not to hot during the day. I also did some fly fishing each day there and hired a guide for a drift trip as well. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing.

Nice sized kitchen and fridge and comfortable beds with plenty of linens. We loved fishing in the river right outside and spending time on the deck. We ate at the on-sight restaurant and appreciated all of the amenities available in the little on-site store. We took a full day fly fishing float down the Gunnison which was a highlight. The only complaint was a sewage smell that was present in the bathroom and back bedroom. It didn't disrupt our stay (we bought an air freshener) but was unpleasant.

The location on the river is absolutely beautiful and made the stay feel peaceful, relaxing, and special. There is something so calming about being able to enjoy the sound and scenery of the river right there at the resort.The setting is a wonderful mix of rustic Colorado charm and natural beauty, with easy access to the Gunnison and Crested Butte area. Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. It was a lovely place to unwind, enjoy the outdoors, and take in the mountain atmosphere.We appreciated the experience and would gladly recommend Three Rivers Resort to others looking for a scenic and memorable stay in the Gunnison area.

Weather was perfect durning our stay, beautiful and snowy.. Cabin was clean and had everything one would need for your stay. The only downfall were the beds. Could not get comfy in either bed. We had to purchase an inexpensive topper to get somewhat of a decent sleep, especially after a day of skiing. Other than that all else was great. I would definitely recommend if the bed situation was rectified.
