We had a reunion of 36 people at the property. Adequate space for us to eat and mingle. Kitchen had two large fridges with ice maker. Two stoves. Lots of cabinets. The property was an old mill. So the inside is a combo of old timber's and newer woodwork to make the space divided up into many rooms, bathrooms and other spaces. The 7 toilets and 4 showers were adequate. The mattresses are basic grade. Bedding and towels are fresh. We had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately and we got a small compensation for a broken bed frame. Remember to bring laundry soap and paper towels. We enjoyed the fire pit and grassy area out back for lawn games etc. it's about 20 min to north beach of bear lake. 15 min to Montpelier where there are two major grocery stores.

Wonderful place to host large families. We had an awesome time and had plenty of room.

We recently stayed at The Heritage at Bear Lake with a large group and had an excellent experience. The property was exceptionally well-suited for gathering with family and friends. The spacious indoor common areas gave everyone plenty of room to relax, visit, and spend time together without ever feeling crowded.One of the biggest highlights was how accommodating the home was for families with children. The layout provided individual bedrooms that allowed each family to have their own private space while still being part of the larger group experience.The outdoor gathering area was another standout feature. There was ample space for games, activities, and simply enjoying time together outside. The location is also fantastic—just a short distance from North Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything Bear Lake has to offer.The kitchen was fully functional, well-stocked, and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. It made cooking and dining together easy and enjoyable.The host was extremely communicative and helpful even into the later hours of our first night's stay there. Overall, The Heritage at Bear Lake exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for a large family gathering. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly place to stay near Bear Lake.

Great location for us--close to Bear Lake, Paris Ice Cave, etc. The facilties were clean. We popped a breaker cooking breakfast but the host helped us immediately. Some of the beds were creaky making it hard for some to sleep. Two of the 3 grills did not work, but the host was not aware of that and will probably fix it. Great fire pit area which we enjoyed. Plenty of room for corrn hole and volleyball.
