Older property but clean and functional for the money. A good location close to downtown and the lake. Hosts were responsive.

The apartment is clean and neat in an older apartment complex that has been remodeled. Check-in/out was easy and communication with the host was good. Be aware of the early check-out time (10am) and then they want $35 to let you stay until 11:30.

The exterior picture is not this property. This is an apartment in a complex. It’s not the nicest party of town, but we did not feel unsafe. Easy to Uber around and to go downtown. I would not walk anywhere from this location. The apartment was clean with minimal amenities which was just fine for our short stay. 4 adults had plenty of room. The owners were easy to communicate with and very polite.

This property worked for three friends for a weekend. Quiet neighborhood that was an easy uber ride to downtown. We loved Buzz Mill and walked there every day. We were also an easy walk to EpicSUP and had a great time kayaking on Lady Bird Lake. The apartment could use some cosmetic TLC. There was an entire shelf missing from the refrigerator. There were lightbulbs out in both bathrooms and the main closet. There was significant mold in the one bathroom. The ceiling of the shower in one bathroom had been removed and was being repaired from a leak upstairs (not the fault of the owner of this unit). We received an email about this issue 1 1/2 hours before we were to check in. Even though there was plastic wrap over the ceiling, we did not feel comfortable using the shower due to the fact that there was exposed drywall, as well as the walls of the shower being pretty dirty. The property manager wasn't willing to adjust the price because of the inconvenience. Otherwise, communication was good with property manager. They had someone come to adjust all of the toilet seats when we reached out to let them know they were both in need of some attention. Overall, good place, but seems like it could use more frequent visits from the property manager.
