The hosts of this home were so easy to get in touch with and made the whole experience amazing! It is so close to everything and even walking/biking distance from downtown.The house is really nice- they ask that you take your shoes off which I LOVED, especially since there is carpet in there. My only thing is that since the cleaning fee is low, there were a lot of bugs and dust on the window seals and shelves in the kitchen. But the bathrooms and main areas were clean with fresh linens. We would stay here again in the future!

This property is nice, and was convenient for our four day/three night family visit. There were just two of us staying here. The three bedrooms are on the second level with an additional bed in an open area at top of stairs. The two bedrooms we used had comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. There is a dual sink ensuite bathroom off the primary bedroom, with shower stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The other upstairs bath is off hallway with shower/bathtub combo, and is available for the other bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a powder bath off the washer/dryer area upon entry from garage. We did not cook or use the kitchen but it appeared to be stocked with adequate dishes and cookware. There is one TV on property which is in family room on lower level. We did use the garage for our car and a garage remote is available, which is convenient. The driveway approach is tight so a large vehicle might have difficulty. Street parking is available in front, as well. We did not need to move the thermostat as the a/c was set on 68 degrees upon our arrival, and was comfortable at all times. In summary, we would stay at this property in the future. It is not connected to another property which is nice for privacy and noise. The only suggestion is to add a box of tissues to each bath, another set of towels and washcloths, and a bath rug to each bath (especially if more people staying). Thank you!!

The Pros: The beds are so COMFY!! At least two are king size as well, but everybody loved their two nights of sleep. The location is super duper handy. It was nice to be able to not only park in the garage, but to plug in our electric vehicle (Rivian) in the garage for charging as well. Large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, kitchen is large and airy and open to the living room. The house has a bit of a more modern feel to it which makes it feel newer and more open.The one thing that could really be improved and keep us coming back is to get better living room furniture. Multiple generations hung out here in the evenings. The couch is super low with a low back and the two wooden chairs were like rocks. The couch is super difficult to get in and out of if you have any height to you at all or are older and were just generally very uncomfortable. The makeup wipes provided need to be thrown away, they are dried up. The book in the kitchen said there was free Netflix, but it was not free or had been signed out of. We looked for the television remote for probably 10 minutes until we found it under the tv.

A lovely new property. Very comfortable.
