Hotel Zeil

Front desk is available 24/7, the hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures and the beds are very comfortable. Cleaning lady was very sweet and everything was very tidy. The front desk staff (sadly only know Mr. Kim's name but there is another young man there) were both super helpful and whenever we required extras like a kettle or a scale for our bags it was made available. The location is right on Zeil with lots of restaurants around.

The only thing, which is completely out of the hotel's control was a bit of ruckus outside which we could hear into our rooms. Other than that no complaints and this genuinely didn't affect our stay here negatively.

An absolute gem — and the hosts are even better! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home — only with a better view and a holiday mood! 😊 But what really made our stay special were our amazing hosts, Andrijana and Peko. They were genuinely the best — incredibly kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and always happy to help. They made us feel like old friends rather than guests, and their warmth and hospitality made the whole experience that much more memorable. You can tell when hosts truly care about their guests, and Andrijana and Peko absolutely do. From the little details to their friendly smiles and helpful recommendations, everything was just perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or better hosts. We left with great memories, a big smile, and only one problem… we didn’t want to leave! 😂 Thank you, Andrijana and Peko, for making our stay so special. We would happily come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Very good location in the center. Although it is on a busy street, when you close the window you can't hear noise. The staff are really nice, 10 points for that.

A bit outdated and needs freshing up. Stains and hair on the carpet and not very clean shower cabin. No airconditioning and I am not sure how it would be in the summer with closed windows.

This is a good place for a stopover, one night. Rooms are very small but shower water was hot and good pressure. Bed was a bit small in the single room, but it was comfortable.

I liked it all as my expectations weren't for a fancy hotel. It is warm in winter, comfortable to stay and sleep.
