Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The position and the fact that the check-in was automatic.
No way to get some water late at night and the tap water was not really drinkable (full of clorine).

Es ist schön gelegen, mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Unkompliziert und gut eingerichtet
Badezimmer separat.

Good location, clean.
Some of the staff were very friendly in helpful in dealing with the payment misunderstanding.
Quite a small room. The staircases and common areas had some strange unpleasant smell, something like stale cigarette smoke.
There was a misunderstanding about the payment for the room between the hotel and Booking, and some of the staff were quite rude and unpleasant in communication. Definitely not a customer oriented approach.
I would not stay again or recommend to stay.
