Unkomplizierte ChekIn. Super Lage.

It was as described
The keys had to be collected from a location 15 mins walk away. We had tried for 2 days before arrival to get information on entry with no feedback. It wasn’t until we complained to the agent did the owner/manager respond at that point we had been stood outside the apartment block in pouring rain for 30 mins only then to find we needed to go elsewhere for the keys. The keys were at risk of breaking the fit was so bad. The impression from the booking was it was no MG30 and 31. they are separate flats on different floors with no door numbers on 31 or clarification on whether we in 30 or 31. without doubt the worst communication of any booking anywhere.
