🌿 A truly special stay at Meerkat Guesthouse! 🐾🤎 We absolutely loved our stay at Meerkat Guesthouse in Nieu-Bethesda! From the moment we arrived, Tutti welcomed us with such warmth and friendliness that we immediately felt at home, it felt like we were literally visiting family. ❤️ The guesthouse was clean, comfortable and beautifully looked after. And then there were Cody and Kara, two beautiful, friendly and incredibly well-behaved dogs. They honestly made it feel even more like home. It was like visiting family and getting to spend time with your own dogs while you’re there! Tutti was also an absolute gem. She knows Nieu-Bethesda inside and out and gave us so many wonderful recommendations — where to eat, what to see, where to go and all the little hidden gems that we might otherwise have missed. Next time we will definitely make our Nieu Bethesda stop not only an overnight stop on our way down. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and homely feeling. Thank you, Tutti, for making our stay so special!

The house is a little out of the main part of town (but not far) but for us meant we would drive to a restaurant at night rather than walk. Was very clean and comfortable. We were supplied with some milk, tea, coffee, some water and a liqui-fruit drink. We did not cook there but the kitchen looked well supplied and there was a nice braai area. Electric blankets on the bed which will be great for the colder nights

The only think that was missing that we did not seem to get was directions, so we accidentally took the dirt road into Nieu-Bethesda which took very long and is not ideal for a non 4x4 car. So just make sure you check this in advance

The property is not in the town center. Its on the outskirts. Very quiet. The flatlet is away from the main house making it very private.

We loved it all.

The property was in a very quiet area of this village. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Had a very pleasant overnight stay in the relaxed atmosphere

There was nothing we did not like.
