Nice big house with private parking. Jim greeted us and explained the general arrangements then showed us to our lovely big room. We were then left to our own devices. Great that he left some eggs and bread so we cooked scrambled eggs for breakfast and used milk from the fridge for cereal we had with us and cups of tea. Quiet location and lovely bed.
We were the only guests upstairs so had the ‘shared’ bathroom to ourselves. The basin waste was blocked and not draining away - didn’t see Jim to inform him before we left. There was another bathroom further along so used that instead of the one we were shown. Otherwise fine.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Parking was ample, wifi strong, breakfast included farm fresh eggs, the water was very hot, beds were comfortable, room size was large, bathroom was clean and large as well. We really appreciated meeting Jim and found him very hospitable and kind. Anytime we are in the area we will certainly make a point to stay here again. This is the perfect place for a quiet, weekend getaway. We also enjoyed Armagh town. There was a marching band parade taking place of 60+ bands which was fun to see!
