Clear instructions, including a video.
I did not like that the night before our arrival I received a message at 9:30pm saying I had to do an international wire transfer for 5 euro to pay a guy that I’ve never heard of for tourist taxes, before information would be released to me on how to access the apartment. I assume he is the owner, but I still was uncomfortable having to do this. I had no choice. I would expect to be able to pay by credit card!

Location was perfect. That window is amazing.
I do think they can improve on their kitchenette. It is old.
