Very spacious apartment with partial views to the sea. It had an especially nice large balcony and an additional patio off one if the 3 bedrooms. The lounge/dining area was also very spacious. It was fairly convenient for the restaurant and bars around the Marina - a 15 minute walk down and 20 minutes back up the hill. Good parking availability very close to the apartment.

The major issue with the apartment was the letting agency being used. The check in process at 4 pm was chaotic , it took us over 45 minutes to get the keys. When we eventually arrived at the apartment cleaning was still in progress. Cleaning was very superficial. We reported that we were missing hand towels, sheets and an ironing board the morning after arrival and despite messages to agents and two personal visits to their office these were not delivered to until day 4 of our stay!! To be Excellent the apartment just needs some degree if "beatification" e.g just curtains or voils would help a lot.

Spacious. Clean, easy walk to the marina, black out shades were excellent!

The master bedroom does not have air conditioning!!! We had to get a fan delivered.

The Marina just down the road was lovely, especially at night. The apartment is very spacious and modern with a nice outdoor terrace/balcony, nice little pool downstairs as well.

Lagos town has changed massively and got very very busy, with some unfortunate creepy people. Also not a fan of the sun bed situation with the pool, having to drag your non foldable sunbed down a few flights of stairs just to sit by the pool was an inconvenience for sure.
