EA Hotel Victoria

This hotel definitely deserves a great review. First of all, the location is excellent — there’s a tram stop for line 9 very close by, and it takes only about 15 minutes to get to the city center. The staff are super friendly, and the front desk is also very pretty. I checked in online, so it was faster. I only stayed two nights, but my room was cleaned every day. When I came back on the second night, I noticed the trash bags had been replaced and there was new toilet paper — very thoughtful and clean. The hairdryer has strong power and high heat, so it’s very easy to dry your hair. In many other hotels, the hairdryers are very weak, which makes it especially hard for women to dry their hair. The bedsheets were clean, and the bathroom had hand soap and shower gel ready — very thoughtful, very clean and convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices, and there was even hot water. and wifi is quickly This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The TV channels were very limited.

Everything, from arriving to leaving. Reception staff were amazing, they booked my 2 hr boat trip plus buffet 😋 my taxis, they explained how,as I was over 65 all public transport was free, as we're my trips to the theatre etc etc. 😀 from the cleaner to the breakfast team, all were so friendly. The joice for breakfast was superb 👌 😋 👏 I would strongly recommend this hotel.. ❤️

No garden area. But there was a small park a 5 min walk away.

Flexibility of staff to check in and room cleaning as needed. Much needed AC was in room.
