The location is amazing. You can hear the students Singing from the music school next door which was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and we felt like locals.

We don’t like not having a shower, and the staff came in to fix a light while we were out which they told us they were doing but were using the toilet when we arrived home.

The apartment is very large, as are the two bedrooms. It is equipped with everything you need and then some (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and so on - even a wine fridge). There's a dining area next to the kitchen, a large living room, and a large bathroom with a shower. The high ceilings are a nice addition. The location couldn't be better: all of the city's tourist attractions are literally a 5 minute walk away, which keeps the street noise away while everything (the river, the university, bridges, restaurants, food market, etc) is very close. There's a Mercator store two streets away. Since we had a rental car, we also paid for 2 days of parking, and the price was more than fair. Miha was flexible and accommodating when we needed his help.

The neighborhood is closed to random cars - only residents can enter by using a special fab card. That means that if you want to use the apartment's parking space, you will need to park outside the neighborhood (a few minutes walk away from the apartment), get the fab from the apartment, and then return to the car to enter the neighborhood and park the car. It's not a big deal, but you should be aware. The apartment instructions explain the process in detail, with photos and arrows 😀 and Everton went smoothly.

Great location in old Town BBB walkable to everything in a 10-15 min radius

Sort of complicated entry directions, esp with a car. 10am check out unreasonably early esp with luggage to pack out to a car. Would be nice to includes toaster. Never saw an actual human being on check in or out. Long delays from host in answering questions
