Amazing-I’m the middle of the historical center of town.
As long as you’re up for a lot of up and down that is Porto there’s really nothing to complain about.

Old town location, close to local restaurants and convenient stores. Walk down to the Duoro River Ribiera area.
The water pressure in the shower was not good. Hard to chase the soft streams to get rid of the shampoo when washing my hair. Maybe a smaller handheld would help.

Technically there is a fridge, AC, Laundry, and plenty of space. The view is great, and location is great
The lack of soundproofing on the top floor meant that every step the seagulls took were clearly heard, as well as all outside noise, aka seagulls fighting and cawing. With adequate insulation it wouldnt be a problem, but any noise from the roof is as loud as if it were in the bedroom. In addition, the AC unit, despite temp control, seemingly has either on or off. And when it’s on it’s extremely loud and way too strong to be put right next to the bed.
