Right from the beginning, this place was superb. Instructions were very clear and well-arranged. Private secure car park at the basement was excellent. Gave us the peace of mind for security. Place was such a nice apartment - great facilities, well-kept & organized, very clean, beautiful decor, washing machine came in very handy. We accidentally left a bag at the parking lot but the owner very kindly posted it personally back to us in Madrid! Loved this place+++
