Fantastic location only a short stroll from the beach and local shops. Having an allocated parking space was a real bonus. The lounge is spacious, with two comfy sofas and a huge TV for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with everything you might need.
The duvet cover had a slight musty smell, which may have been due to it not drying fully. Morning road noise was noticeable, and the bedroom would benefit from double‑glazed windows to reduce it.

The bed mattress was far to soft in double room . The sofas were far to low extremely uncomfortable, and getting up was a problem .

Very central location close to amenities and seafront. Easily accessible for family member with mobility issues.
Allocated Parking space on site.
Very quiet despite being close to town centre.
Not a lot of storage space for clothes, especially in bedrooms.

Great location for town centre. Good parking. Good information and communication before arrival.
Whilst there is a flat screen TV, the channel choice is very limited. Perhaps upgrade to a Smart TV to allow renters to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Bedrooms are a little on the small size.
