Very good location 3 minutes from the walled city. Breakfast was very simple but did the trick. Property has a vintage vibe but could do with a few upgrades. Nice pool with lovely view.
Property could do with some landscaping and updated seating. Bedding was on the hard side. Staff weren’t the most approachable.

Walking distance to San Gimignano old town. Nice surrounding area. Plenty of parking space on site. Very good breakfast in Italians standard.
The shower room was very small. A tall person would struggle.

The hotel has a charming feel of Tuscany. It is in a wonderful location, and the pool has wonderful views. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and great service, in lovely breakfast terrace. Fantastic to find a hotel in San Gimignano with free partly covered parking. Just gorgeous.

Very old and needs to be refurbished. Aircon didn’t work and service was ok.
