The location
- The furniture felt outdated and not very comfortable.
- There weren’t enough comforters for the whole family—only two were provided.
- On the first night, the boiler wasn’t working, so we didn’t have hot water for showers. We had to call and ask them to reset it.
- There was a strange smell throughout the apartment, especially in the bathroom.
- The building entrance had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the nearby restaurant kitchen.
- The living room window shutters couldn’t be closed properly, so the kids woke up at sunrise due to the light.
- The kitchen is open to the living area, and since the kids were sleeping in the living room, it felt like they were sleeping in the kitchen.
- The parking was so tight for a large SUV. It took some time to get the car in it.
Overall, the apartment needs some improvements to be more comfortable for families.
