The location was perfect! The area was very quiet and felt very safe. It was even closer to the beach than the title stated. We enjoyed it being so close to the state park. We love to take quiet sunrise and sunset strolls on the beach. The home was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in on vacation. It was tastefully decorated. I had mentioned my last name had changed between my booking and checking in for vacation due to getting married and the host was kind enough to have a bottle of wine and wine glasses for us! That was so thoughtful and appreciated! We felt very welcomed upon entering the home as well, a few lamps were on for us and welcoming music was playing. We really liked that. We spent a lot of time in the backyard. The grill was much appreciated. Overall, Stay here and you won't regret a single thing.

There is absolutely nothing I can complain about. Everything was amazing. The host was very attentive.

We needed some assistance with locating the house we had booked and Dominic met up with us within a few minutes. We followed him to a correct location and he assisted us. We asked a lot of questions about places to eat that locals preferred, where to go for fun, history of St. Augustine, and the cost of living in the area. He was very pleasant and shared his responses which were so appreciated and helpful. Dominic was very accommodating with everything that we needed. We definitely feel the location to the beach exceeded our expectations. What a wonderful house with great bones! We plan to stay there again and highly recommend others to stay as well.

Beach Paradise is a perfect location for a family vacation! It’s located on a quiet street, yet conveniently located close to everything. It’s a less than five minute walk from the house to Saint Augustine Beach, there are multiple restaurants located with in walking distance as well. It’s a short drive to the city of Saint Augustine, where you can find more restaurants, shopping, other attractions and activities. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house was spacious and comfortable. There’s also a washer and dryer onsite for guests to use. I loved the beach decor and vibe. Every morning I was able to watch the sunrise from the front porch, which was absolutely beautiful! The backyard was huge and so nicely decorated, it was also peaceful and relaxing. My family and I loved this house and the location! I highly recommend this location for a vacation location!
