Martinmaja Ferienhaus am Meer
Magnifique maison lumineuse construite en 2009, située à 250 m de la mer Baltique, avec un double garage, une terrasse et un balcon offrant une vue vers l'ouest (coucher de soleil et mer). Un hébergement idéal en toute saison. Aménagement très moderne. Au rez-de-chaussée : cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon avec cheminée à double face donnant sur la salle à manger et le salon, WC voyageurs et une chambre à quatre lits. À l'étage : 4 chambres, dont 3 avec un lit double et un balcon, et une chambre à deux lits. Une salle de bains avec douche et WC, ainsi qu’une grande salle de bains avec baignoire balnéo, douche et WC. Emplacement très calme, à la campagne, avec un très grand jardin (environ 1 ha). Vous pourrez admirer le coucher de soleil depuis la plage. Depuis 2020, la maison est neutre en CO₂ grâce à sa propre installation photovoltaïque.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is about a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with soft sand and a few pieces of amber. There is a private campground that you walk through and the owner was very kind to let us pass through. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I would change is fluffier pillows. Martins forgot to send us check-in info, but his phone number was listed on VRBO and I was able to contact him through WhatsApp. He was very apologetic about the oversight and responsive and we were able to get in to the house once we figured out how to contact him. We did some minimal cooking, some relaxing in between playing at the beach and sightseeing. It is a little bit of a drive from Liepaja, and the road for 4 km is a pretty bumpy dirt road, but we loved the remote location. It was close to the forts, the Holocaust memorial, and Beberlini. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away, so plan your meals so you don't have to run there every day and you'll have as wonderful a vacation as we did!
