Excellent internet speeds (300+ mbps) which was a very nice surprise.
Modern furnishings. Can cook, clean, relax, work as normal. Great location in terms of everyday living: next to grocery stores to stock the fridge.
Very lovely host: was very receptive and accommodating to all questions/concerns.
Shower prone to overflowing if water turned medium or high. In the month stayed, all water turned off completely once for a few hours and came back brown before becoming clear. The building it's in could use some renovation (not host's fault) to bring it up to the same standard as the excellent apartment.
