The unit A3-1-1 comes with a lift and it is very clean and comfortable.
The TV was faulty.
The fan in the hall has to be switched together with the lights turn on even during daytime. Owner explained over the phone it is due to faulty wiring, therefore all the lights need to be switched on together with the fan.
