Great location in the centre of town. Staff were very helpful. Rooms provided all that we needed.
Only minor thing to raise - there were no electric sockets by the bed. Also, there were very creaky floorboards in the hotel, which was a little annoying

The staff(generally) were helpful. The location was excellent.
The breakfasts. Didn’t like the arrangement for hot breakfast. Prefer when you can help yourself which also helps food being wasted. The items at different temperature: sausages not cooked.

Good choices on menu and food of high standard.
Coffee refills not readily available - although no problem when I asked.

The buffet was quite good and coffee.
Ordered avocado on toast although minimum ingredients it came at least 5/7 minutes after the rest of the family’s order and didn’t enjoy as it was so bland and flavourless.

"Excellent location, practically just outside the cathedral. Plus large room and bed and convenient parking."
