Liked the location close to really good cafés and the cleanliness of the property.
Breakfast timings were odd dependent on the availability of cook. They don’t serve anything other than breakfast

The location is right beside Cafe kotinga. It’s centrally located. The Villa was comfortable with two rooms, though there is no living room, but overall it was a comfortable stay. The pool should have been cleaned better.
The pool was not cleaned properly, even after requesting multiple times it had fungus.
