The location was excellent, right in the middle of town! The space was very roomy. The kitchen was excellent!
Some of the furniture was dated and not quite up to the comfort I had hoped for .

Quite a large apartment, easily accommodated us (3 couples). Spacious rooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining area plus large living room. Step out the door right into the heart of Orvieto!
Easy location to explore both the city & surrounding areas.
We were able to park our car outside the ztl zone at piazza Marconi. Very walkable & charming place!
We had nothing that would have made us not like our stay here.

Great modern apartment in historic building - at the center of town! Can’t say enough good things.

The apartment was very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time together in the lovely kitchen/dining room. The location was fantastic. The owners were very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and cooking classes, and left us helpful information on the location of the nearest grocery market and pharmacy.
It was unfortunate that the extended building renovation meant that scaffolding surrounded the apartment but we understand that this was out of the control of the apartment owners.
