We stayed in half a dozen places in England on a university-visiting tour and this was our favourite - really clean, good facilities, very useful shop two minutes walk away, helpful bits and bobs in the kitchen and nice toiletries. Great budget stay.
Watch out for the head-clonking cupboard in the kitchen.

It was very good for the birthday party we were going to
I didn’t realise it was 3 double beds and not any twin beds we had 3 foster children with us who can not share beds so had to go out and get an Airbed and sleeping g bag for one of them and didn’t like there wasn’t a lounge to sit in . We also couldn’t get tv on because we didn’t have an account and the fridge wasn’t clean we got some milk and left it so next person can make a brew
