Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The property was very clean The rooms were all double and beds were really comfortable. Plenty of free on road parking and the area was quiet. The property was very well equipped and had a lovely outdoor seating area with lighting, a patio heater and dart board, although we did not have time to take advantage of any of this. We were only in Birmingham for one night to attend a concert at the Utilita Arena, which was about a 25 minute walk away.
Although the property was in very good order, the neighbourhood was a bit run down.

Great house for a large group, great outdoor sitting area. Large bedrooms. Close enough to walk to the city centre. Plenty of on street parking available
