Located within a 10-15 minute walk from the centre, the property had all of the described amenities and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, the place was a good size, the bed was comfy and the shower was good.
Only slight hiccup was that I didn't get sent the keybox code until I asked for it upon arrival at the property that evening. My suggestion would be to send this once check-in opens for that day, but to be fair there could well be reasons they don't do that and I should have enquired about it ahead of arriving. I would also highlight that they provided the code very quickly when I did get in touch, so it's really a very minor thing.
