Good apartment, clean, easy to access and in/out. It is true the block where the apartment is locate it is not very nice, but just walking 4-5 blocks away you find another atmosphere, restaurants, walking parks and so on. So depends what are you looking for it could be convenient. I was working so it was good for sleeping and have a place to rest peacefully.
Neighborhood is not bad, but parking is a pain, it is very complicated to find parking and the only option is a paid one a few blocks away. If the information about parking should be more clear in the description I should reconsider my options. It is confusing it says it has parking, but if you ask them, it is parking in the near premises, so good luck finding it. For the same money I had hotels parking and breakfast included. Besides that if you are with no vehicle it is a very good option.
