Comfy bed, good location
Downside early morning , 5am onwards, street noise from local market stall setting up & delivery vehicles every day. Shortage of crockery, mismatched cutlery I.e one tea spoon. Lack of worktop space in kitchen.

The apartment is very nice overall.
The location is perfect , right in the main square, in the heart of Breda.
Great pubs and restaurants downstairs.
We were even lucky enough to enjoy a live band concert just below the apartment.
The bed was very comfortable.
The oven worked great.
The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were excellent.
It can indeed be noisy at night because of the pubs, and early in the morning there are delivery trucks moving bottles and supplies.
Not enough space for clothes.
No cupboard/storage space for food products.
All in all, it is a very good option for a short stay.
