Good location only 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was in good condition. Our host, Amy was very pleasant and accommodating with any request that we had.
The internet was spotting at times inside the condo.

The location was perfect for us, but that was because it was within walking distance of where our son lives in Mexico Beach. Very nice little beach house. Had a well-stocked kitchen, including spices, a washer and dryer, two bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom with shower, and another bathroom and shower downstairs. The second bedroom appears to be intended for kids, with a large bunk bed.
The city doesn't have much to speak about. No good food. We found some good food 20 to 40 minutes away in Panama City, as well as further in Panama City Beach. Had to drive 20 to 40 minutes as well for groceries, to Port St. Joe or Panama City. (Keep in mind that Port St. Joe is in the next time zone, an hour later — unexpectedly arrived just before the store was closing as a result.)
