Lovely, decent sized comfortable room enough hanging space for clothes for 3 people for a 2 day city break, beds and pillows lovely and allowed for a very good night’s sleep clean, bright bathroom with a powerful shower clean towels everyday if you want them, the location is perfect for exploring the city, close to tram stops and a 5 minute walk to the main station for links to other areas such as Monaco, friendly staff and a manned front desk. Wouldn’t even bother to look elsewhere the next time we visit Nice.

Near regional train & tram station.
Plain breakfast, receptionist not that very helpful for location inquiry & no coffee machine inside the room.
