Place was very clean and well equipped. The host was wonderfully responsive to our questions. Can’t beat the beach view and the location. It was perfect for my young grandchildren and the adults. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

We have stayed in so many beach rentals up and down the East Coast and this one was among the best. The host said it best: “you don’t need a list of chores on your vacation” and that attitude in practice made such a huge difference. The hosts were very thoughtful with supplies and design in that there was everything you need without extra clutter, making it easy to keep things tidy as you go. We really appreciated the investment in good quality pots and pans (little things make a big difference!). The big things (location and price) get the highest marks. It is literally steps from the beach, so no lugging a giant beach cart with all your supplies. Because of the amazing porch, you can set your stuff up in the morning and your group can come and go as needed. We have a child who loves the beach more than anything but has a medical condition where extensive sun exposure causes flare ups. Stairs can be an issue too, but this was manageable with a first floor unit. The pool was fantastic too because she could cool down while still being with the rest of the group. This condo gave us the opportunity to give our daughter a beach trip in a way that accommodated her medical condition as much as we could. The hosts were so communicative and helpful; the directions were very thoughtful and specific. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was great. It was clean, everything we needed. It was great eating on the big deck and watching the ocean.Only issue was parking. We had two families with a car each. We had to find a place for the second car. Paid 25.00 a day to park down the road. Person who owned the parking property may not have parking available if they rent out the building on property for a business. The town needs to change their parking policy.

Wonderful
